The Maker’s Space is taking the following measures to comply with the WHO and Government of India workplace guidelines.

Keep Our Workspace Safe

TMS Guidelines for current and future members post COVID-19.
For the concern of the community, we need your personal responsibility, solidarity, and action.

Practice Good Hygiene:

  • Use non-contact entrance, greeting, and member check-in methods.

  • Take your temperature upon arrival and remove your shoes at the door. A pair of common pair to use for bathroom will be provided, otherwise, we encourage you to bring your own.

  • Clean hands before entering and use hand sanitizer regularly throughout the day.

  • Disinfect surfaces (desks, chairs, tables, kitchen equipment, etc.) regularly with provided kit after use.

  • Bring your own water bottle to cut down on germ spread and paper cup wastage.

  • Keep food items which do not need to be refrigerated with you.

  • Minimize the use of the crockery and cutlery. If you do, please make sure to wash with hot water and soap.

  • AC remotes will be kept at front desk to decrease germ spread.

  • Minimize the use of elevators. In case you do, press the button with your elbow.

Limit Meetings and Practice Social Distancing:

  • Use only designated, socially distant seats in the community area.

  • Kitchen area is limited to one person per table and unavailble for work purpose.

  • Limit the use of floor seating and swing.

  • Use video conferencing instead of face-to-face meetings.

  • Suspend all non-essential visitors.

Stay Home If…

  • You have symptoms of cold, flu, or fever.

  • You have a sick family member at home.

  • You have traveled in the past 14 days.

The Maker's Space is preventing the spread of COVID-19 with 8 Added Facilities

  1. Infrared temperature gun to monitor the temperature of everyone accessing the space.

  2. Meeting room available for phone/online meetings with clients only.

  3. Multiple sanitation stations placed inside and outside of the space for regular hand cleaning.

  4. Sanitation/disinfectant kits for each table to be used by members regularly.

  5. Disinfection of space everyday.

  6. Seat arrangements according to social distancing guidelines.

  7. Air purifier in community space.

  8. Touchless check-in/checkout.
